We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be provided if the product is faulty or if we have made an error with your order.

30-Day Policy

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Eligibility for Exchange/Refund

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be:

- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Returned with all original tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Please note:

- We cannot offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit for sale items or items that are sold out.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

- Worn swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)

- Sale items

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you have purchased the wrong size. For size exchanges, please email us at seagalsaustralia@gmail.com before returning the item, and ensure the product is unworn with tags and hygiene stickers intact, and so we can make sure we have your preferred size in stock.

Shipping

For exchanges or returns, please email us at seagalsaustralia@gmail.com for the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The time it takes to receive an exchanged item may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
